When it comes to apprenticeships, research shows that apprentices can earn up to £4,000 more per year than their peers. Alongside this, all apprentices are entitled to other benefits such as pension and national insurance contributions, and also paid holiday entitlement. If you are ready to earn more, you are ready to start an apprenticeship with Baltic Training Duties You will be working alongside the current team and be mentored and trained to carry out the following duties: * Management of sales pipeline including new prospect identification * Attend networking events across the North of England, including delivering sales presentations * Outbound telephone sales including appointment setting * Contribute towards the company's inbound marketing Training to be provided: * Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in IT Technical Sales * CompTIA A+ 901 & 902 * Social Selling * Sales Fundamentals * Level 2 Functional Skills (English, maths and ICT) Skills and qualifications required: * Genuine interest and passion for developing a career within the commercial and sales sector. * Eagerness to learn new skills and develop within the role * Excellent level of organisation and communication skills * Team player with outgoing and sociable personality * Ability to work to deadlines and comfortable in a fast paced environment * Keen attention to detail and delivery focused Due to the location of the role, a driving license with access to your own car is required. The future is bright Upon completion of the 12 month programme, there are real progression opportunities available. Salary, hours and benefits: * Salary begins at £175.00 per week, however rate of salary will be discussed with successful candidates * 37.5 hours a week; 8.45am - 5.30pm daily. * A bonus scheme is in place depending on performance Location and travel: The office is located in a rural area of Doncaster, therefore the successful applicant will have a full driving licence, with access to their own reliable transport.
