Job Description:
The Company and the Role: The Company is a highly differentiated and extremely passionate international financial services organisation specialising in cross border, non-domicile, and multi-jurisdictional financial advice providing overseas chartered financial planners in Global Wealth Management and International Employee Benefits. The successful PA and Office Manager candidate will be joining an organised and enthusiastic team, based in the head office, West London. You will work closely with their offices in Dubai and there will be opportunities to travel to the Middle East. The Company encourages employees to take ownership of their personal development and will pay for approved courses fee with a lock in period. The role has a possibility, at a later stage, of growing to incorporate the management of their Dubai office. Key Features of the Role: You will need to be keen to develop professionally, with a particular focus on internal recruitment. The role will be: PA to COO Provide Office management support to the UK team Support with UK recruitment Assist with HR document processing, including onboarding, references and holiday entitlement Plan and execute the Company annual conference (January 2018) Knowledge and Skills: Ideally you will be an accomplished Office Manager / Personal Assistant from a similar sort of environment with comprehensive experience. You must also be able to demonstrate knowledge of internal recruitment plus event planning. Other important skills should include being highly organised, flexible, with the ability to be reactive to strategy change. You should be an effective communicator. Technical skills required include MS Office advanced. Personal abilities to include positive, eager to develop, adaptable and relaxed, conscientious and trustworthy. The role will allow and encourage the job holder to recognise and drive improvements. An interest in financial services would be an advantage but is not essential. What's on Offer: Basic salary: £ 24,,000 depending upon qualifications, knowledge and skill set. Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays Financial planning advice Pension (up to 5% after first year) Parking for scooters Personal development courses paid for with a lock in period.
