Document Controller - Berkshire
Our client is a nationally established Facilities Management Contractor providing services to highly reputable clients. They are looking for an experienced Administrator / Controller, preferably with a background in Health & Safety policy documentation, to join their secure site in Berkshire on a Temporary basis.
ROLE
* Assist Senior Management in the delivery of Health & Safety and other essential documents to all departments and sub contractors.
* Ensure essential H&S and management changes are communicated to all staff on site.
* Develop training schedules and site induction schedules for new employees.
* Prepare full job specifications on all new roles ordered by Site Managers.
* General administrative duties as needed.
CANDIDATE
* Solid experience in a Document Controller or Senior Administrator role.
* Experience in the Engineering sector preferred.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Interact well in a team atmosphere.
* Full UK driving licence.
SALARY
* £9 - £10 per hour, depending upon experience. |
